We require reservations for all hunts as we must know the number of hunters and birds at least the day prior to make sure your birds are ready. This also helps us schedule our resources such as our dogs and guides.
- A deposit of half the amount is required to book 2 weeks and more than 10 birds in advance.
- All deposits are non-refundable and half of it may be applied towards a different date.
Lodging must be paid in full when booked. If you cancel 30 or more days out, you get a 75% refund. Cancelling less than 30 days before your stay 50% is non-refundable and the remainder 50% can be applied to your next stay.
Oregon hunting licenses are not required. Preserve permits are available for purchase at the ranch.

There is a minimum of 5 birds per gun per day for $200.
Rooster Pheasants: $40
Cabin price: $300 per night + $50 cleaning fee per stay.
Guide fee: $250, a minimum of 20 birds for guided hunts.
